Columns not properly named in new files

description

When creating a new file, the column names appear to be created without first flushing the byte buffers. For example, if I have a table with columns "ABCD1234", "EFG567", and "HIJ890", the new file is created with columns "ABCD1234", "EFG56734", and "HIJ89034".

Fixes:
in file DbfFile.cs
line 212
add the code:
Array.Clear(columnHeaderBuff, 0, columnHeaderBuff.Length);
